Tonight I attended the Healthy Kids Georgia Networking Reception with Lt. Governor Casey Cagle and .! I had a great time enjoying GA Food. They did two dishes tonight: Grilled Watermelon Salad w/ Lime Vinegarette & GA Peach Gaspacho w/ Shrimp. Also we got to taste some great wines from GA’s Vineyards. Who knew Georgia was known for their wines.

After the reception the C.H.O.I.C.E.S Staff & Interns went to Seasons 52! A restaurant that cooks based on season & doesn’t use butter or fry anything. It was great…they are known for their flat breads & mini desserts. Everything on their menu is under 475 calories. I shared the Blackened & Bleu Flatbread! It was great they even used the tenderloin for their beef which is fork-tender. Than I ordered the Caramelized Scallops & Pearl Couscous. It wasn’t my favorite but it could be a star. My favorite part was…DESSERT! We didn’t have to ask to See the menu. it was brought to us. they had like 12 mini desserts to choose from. I choose Choc-Peanut Butter. Which was a duo of Chocolate & Peanut Butter Mousse & Chocolate Cake w/ Chocolate Curls a garnish! I was in heaven!
